Window project
Warehouse-to-Residential Window Replacement
An old industrial warehouse converted to residential — 13 oversized, rusted metal-frame windows replaced in a single day, then the rest of the building. 58 windows in all.
We hired Skyline Windows and doors for one of the units in the building that we manage. It’s an old industrial warehouse turned residential with big oversized metal frame windows that were completely rusted through leaking and failing. Every step of the process was smooth and easy. From initial consultation to final clean up. Company did a great job removing old frames and glass plus old security bars. They protected interior flooring with multiple layers plus they covered all the sidewalks with tarp to make sure every little shard of glass was caught. Installation wasn’t easy as the guys had to build frame inside each opening since the building is all brick construction. They tackled it with no sweat. The whole process from demo to final clean up was done in 1 day. 13 windows total. Owner of the property and us (management) liked the work they did so much that we hired them to replace all the windows in the building. Result was better than expected. Highly recommend this window installers.

After — all 58 windows in, the building lit at dusk A warehouse-to-residential building we were called into for a single unit: thirteen oversized metal-frame windows, rusted through and failing. Because the building is solid brick, the crew built a frame inside every opening, removed the old glass and security bars, and finished demo-to-cleanup in a single day. The property owner and management liked it enough to hand us the rest of the building — 58 windows in all.
