The lineup

Windows

Every Skyline window is custom-built by OKNA to your exact opening — never trimmed from big-box stock sizes — and set by the crew that spent years installing these frames factory-direct. Five styles below; one standard of install.

Double-Hung

OKNA 500 Insul-Tec / 800 Enviro-Star

The American classic — both sashes glide and tilt inward, so you clean the outside glass from inside the room.

The most popular replacement style in American homes, and the one we’ve set more of than anything else. Both sashes slide vertically and tilt inward, so you can clean the outside glass without a ladder. The multi-chamber vinyl frame, integral interlock, and recessed tilt latches close up tight — no rattle, no draft.

Available as the 500 Insul-Tec for excellent everyday value or the premium 800 Enviro-Star for heavier extrusions and the best thermal numbers in the lineup.

Casement

OKNA 700 Casement

Hinged at the side, opened with a crank — the tightest seal of any window that opens.

Casement windows are hinged on one side and crank outward to catch the breeze. Because the sash presses into the frame as it locks, they deliver the tightest seal of any operable window — the right choice when energy performance is the priority. The 700 Casement line is purpose-built for this style, with multi-point locking hardware and the same warm-edge, argon-filled glass packages as the rest of the lineup.

Sliding

OKNA 500 Insul-Tec / 800 Enviro-Star

Glides sideways on a track — nothing swings into the room or out of it. Perfect over sinks and in tight spots.

Slider windows glide horizontally, so nothing projects into or out of the room — ideal over kitchen sinks, in tight hallways, or anywhere you want a modern, unbroken sightline. They pair a clean low profile with the same energy-efficient insulated glass and lifetime-warranty hardware as the rest of the line.

Bay & Bow

OKNA Bay & Bow Systems

Projection windows that push the wall outward — extra light, extra space, instant curb appeal.

Bay and bow windows project outward from the wall to create a sunny reading nook, a display ledge, and a far bigger view. A bay combines a large center picture window with two angled side units; a bow curves four or more equal units in a gentle arc. We install them as engineered systems with insulated seat and head boards, so the whole assembly is structurally sound and as efficient as the windows in it. Some of our favorite transformations in our work are bay conversions.

Picture

OKNA 800 Enviro-Star

One huge fixed pane. No moving parts, maximum light, and the best efficiency numbers in the lineup.

A picture window is a fixed pane that frames a view and floods a room with daylight. With no moving parts to seal around, picture windows post the lowest U-factors of any style — OKNA’s triple-pane, dual-argon, warm-edge glass package reaches as low as U-0.17. We often pair one large picture window with operable casements or double-hungs on either side: the view in the middle, the ventilation at the edges.

Glass packages

The same glass goes in every style.

Whichever frame you pick, it takes OKNA's insulated glass packages — up to triple-pane with dual-argon fill and warm-edge spacers. Here's what that buys you.

0.17

U-factor, as low as

How much heat escapes through the window — the lower, the warmer the room. OKNA's triple-pane, dual-argon, warm-edge package reaches as low as 0.17.

0.01

Air infiltration, as low as

How much air leaks through a closed, locked window. The closer to zero, the fewer drafts — and 0.01 is about as close as it gets.

E·Star

ENERGY STAR options

ENERGY STAR-rated glass packages are available across the lineup — worth asking about current energy rebate programs during your estimate.

Lifetime

Transferable warranty

Frame, sash, glass seal, and hardware — even accidental glass breakage. It stays with the house if you sell.
